Eros is the second largest, near-Earth asteroid, locked tightly in the gripes of the asteroid belt, located between Mars and Jupiter, with a long irregular shape of about 20x8x8 miles. Because Eros is the second largest, near-Earth asteroid it’s extremely easy to recognize. Due to this class C asteroids violent impacts formation history dated a bit earlier then 4.5 billion years ago it’s maintaining an axis rotation period of around 5 hours, 16 minutes. Eros heavily cratered, silicate based, banana shaped surface can support Blue Ridge Nebula Spaceline VTOL operations launched from the nearby Delta Hotel Space station.
The flight features a FAA AST certified carpeted cabin environments which supports a combination of nitrogen and oxygen supplied atmosphere of around 14.7 psid, gravity based hygiene maintenance areas, such as lavatories as well as passenger safety / recreation jettison pods as well as opportunity to dock with the BRNS Delta Hotels rotating spacestations.
