Our earths 2,160 mile diameter large Lunar moon is only about 250,00 miles way from us. The moon maintains an inclined of 5.145396° from the solar ecliptice base, but apperas to occelate up and down slightly more than five degrees per orbit. Because of this varerance in the Moons orbital inclination angle, combined with the changes in the earths inclination axis, as we move around the sun, causes the moons declination angles to vary between 18 and 28.5° . The changing angle apearince between the two heavenaly bodys moves from their maxima to minima declination angles every 18.6 years But because of thes minor occelation in angles Blue Ridge Nebula Airlines flat ecliptic approaches to the Lunar surface is still possible directly from our earth.. Since the moon contains both a soled core and surface Blue Ridge Nebula Airlines saucer shaped spacecraft can conduct VTOL operations right on its overly cratered landscape safely.
